Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pumpilot, including any website, app, wallet connection flow, token launch workflow, campaign drafting feature, scheduling feature, dashboard, support surface, or related service that links to these terms.

By using Pumpilot, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a team, project, company, DAO, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to use crypto-related software in your jurisdiction. You may not use Pumpilot if you are under 18, barred from using the service under applicable law, located in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited, or subject to sanctions or other restrictions that make your use unlawful.

You are responsible for determining whether creating, launching, promoting, holding, buying, selling, or transferring any token is legal where you are located and where your audience or users are located.

Wallet custody and blockchain actions

Pumpilot is intended to be non-custodial. Pumpilot should never ask for your seed phrase or private key. You are solely responsible for securing your wallets, devices, keys, approvals, and connected accounts.

Blockchain actions may be irreversible. If you approve a transaction, launch, transfer, fee, smart-contract interaction, or spend limit, you are responsible for that action and its consequences. Pumpilot is not responsible for losses caused by mistaken approvals, compromised wallets, third-party wallets, network failures, or malicious third-party contracts.

User responsibility

You are responsible for every token, post, reply, image, ticker, name, description, campaign, prompt, approval, and launch that you create, approve, publish, or schedule through Pumpilot.

You must review AI-generated output before relying on it. AI output can be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, offensive, infringing, non-compliant, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Third-party platforms

Pumpilot may interoperate with third-party services such as wallets, Solana infrastructure, Pump.fun, X, hosting providers, analytics providers if enabled in the future, and other services. Pumpilot does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their actions, availability, fees, policies, enforcement decisions, data practices, or security incidents.

You must comply with all third-party platform terms, rules, and policies. For X-related features, this includes rules against spam, platform manipulation, misleading automation, bulk aggressive activity, substantially similar cross-posting, fake engagement, scams, and confusing service identity.

Fees

Pumpilot may charge commissions, service fees, or other fees disclosed in the product or on the website. Network fees, wallet fees, Pump.fun fees, exchange fees, taxes, and third-party charges are separate and may change without notice.

Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, fees are not a promise of token performance, distribution, liquidity, user growth, campaign performance, market capitalization, or profit.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Pumpilot to violate law, evade sanctions, mislead buyers, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious links, manipulate markets, coordinate artificial engagement, run scams, harass people, promote illegal activity, or bypass third-party platform limits.

You may not use Pumpilot to create or promote tokens or campaigns that are deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to steal assets, or intended to manipulate market prices or social-platform engagement.

No financial advice or guarantees

Pumpilot does not provide financial, legal, tax, securities, commodities, investment, or compliance advice. No content, AI output, dashboard, campaign suggestion, or product feature should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, launch, or promote any token.

Pumpilot does not guarantee launch success, token graduation, liquidity, price movement, holders, impressions, engagement, account safety, platform access, revenue, or profit. You can lose all funds used in connection with token launches or crypto activity.

Suspension and enforcement

Pumpilot may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it believes use of the service may violate these terms, create legal or security risk, harm users or third parties, violate third-party policies, or expose Pumpilot to operational risk.

Pumpilot may remove or decline to process content, prompts, campaigns, launch workflows, or account connections at its discretion. Pumpilot may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or third-party platforms when required or appropriate.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

Pumpilot is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumpilot disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumpilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses involving tokens, wallets, blockchains, third-party platforms, market volatility, account restrictions, AI output, or user-approved actions.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pumpilot harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Pumpilot, your tokens, your campaigns, your content, your prompts, your approvals, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Venue and dispute-resolution mechanics should be confirmed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Changes

Pumpilot may update these terms as the product, law, or third-party platform rules change. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
